What data we process
Browsing data. Like any website, the server automatically records some technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). It is used only to keep the site running and secure.
Data you send us. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or call us, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, dates of stay, content of the message) to reply and to handle your request or booking.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to requests and handling bookings and stays (pre-contractual measures and contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); complying with legal obligations, such as tax rules and the registration of guests with the public security authority (Art. 6(1)(c)); keeping the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request or stay and, when they relate to tax documents, for the periods required by law. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited time, for security purposes.
Who receives the data
Data is not published or sold. It may be processed by the providers of the technical services we use (website hosting and email) as data processors. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the message also passes through Meta’s service, under its own privacy policy.
External links
The site contains links to Booking.com, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. These services are not loaded in our pages: they open only if you click the link, and from then on their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
The site does not use profiling, statistics or third-party cookies and does not place any cookie on visitors’ devices, which is why there is no cookie banner. The only technical cookies are those of the private area, used only by the people who manage the site after logging in.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@blumin.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
